[After his fight with Vergil, someone must have taken his body and put it in the infirmary. He wakes up with a pain in his chest that's distracting enough that he doesn't worry about the scratching in his lungs, but he feels almost calm about everything that had happened. Vergil had killed him, and even though he'd changed his deal weeks ago, he's a little glad he experienced that kind of a death anyway.
He's a good patient: calm, takes his medicine when he needs to, doesn't complain too much. After all, when you've spent as much time on a sickbed (a deathbed, really, but isn't that so depressing?) as he has, a few days of care is no problem. He sends a few messages to people to let them know he's there, but apart from that does very little.
Someone who works in the infirmary may want to do something more than just give him an aspirin, though-- because those nightly coughs sound worse than they should for just a death toll.]
[Video; still from the infirmary, Tuesday.]
[He still looks terrible, physically, but a lot less tense than he did last week. He's not sure where his sword is, but he finds he doesn't care. It's nice- almost like things are back to normal. Apart from the Shas still running around.]
I'm not sure who brought me here, but thank you. To the warden in charge of the gym... [He gives an awkward little grin] I'm sorry. We'll clean up anything you need cleaned, as soon as I'm feeling better! I promise!
[Private to anyone who's been taking down Shas]
I think Vergil's been... 'affected'. [By which he means Vergil brutally stabbed him through the heart, and then kicked his dead body. Rude. Even ruder than usual.] He's in Zero right now. Could anyone- [He stops to think for a second on how to phrase this. Check on him? Exorcise him? That might be a bad idea, since he's a demon... Use magic to bring him back to normal? This is all very confusing.] help him out?
